The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

When using the contact form

When using the contact form, it is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who sent the request and can answer it. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us takes place in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted immediately after the request you have made has been dealt with.

When booking a session

The data collected when booking an appointment online is essential for the consultation to take place. All data collected is only stored for the purpose of processing appointments and contracts. This allows you to easily control which data you want to enter. You should therefore always only provide the personal data that you consider absolutely necessary. Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing of personal data required to fulfill a contract with you.

Calendly

You can book appointments directly via Calendly. Data collected in that process will not be saved on our server and is only used for organising the meeting

Transfer to third parties

We only pass on your personal data if you have given your express consent, if there is a legal obligation to do so or if this is necessary for the use of the website and the analysis of your user behavior. The use of the data passed on for this purpose by third parties is strictly limited to the stated purposes.

cookies

Cookies help, among other things, to make your visit to our website easier, more pleasant and more meaningful. Cookies are information files that your web browser automatically saves on your computer’s hard drive when you visit our website.

If you do not want cookies, you can set your browser to disable cookies. Most browsers offer different options for protecting your privacy, in which the browser deletes cookies from your end device, blocks all cookies or warns you before a cookie is saved. The browser does not prevent previously set cookies from continuing to work on your end device until you have deleted all cookies in your browser settings.

The website is fully functional even after deactivating the optional cookies and there are no restrictions.

Right to information and deletion

You have the right to request information about the personal data that we have stored about you. In addition, you have the right to have your personal data deleted, provided there is no legal obligation to retain it or a permit that allows us to process the data.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority at any time.

Data security – SSL or TLS encryption

When you visit our website, we use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. This is usually a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is being transmitted in encrypted form by the closed representation of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
